The client is at the heart of the work I do; your experiences and goals will be used to tailor the therapeutic experience to you. I have extensive experience assisting people with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, attachment, parenting, and trauma. I use a person-centered approach in therapy with an additional foundation of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

Counseling is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in trust. Many of the individuals I work with come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety—whether it shows up as persistent worry, physical tension, intrusive thoughts, or a sense of restlessness. Together, we’ll identify the roots of your distress and build practical tools to help you regain control and peace of mind.

I also specialize in trauma counseling, helping clients process both recent and long-held trauma in a way that supports safety, regulation, and long-term healing. Whether you're dealing with complex trauma, unresolved childhood experiences, or sudden life events, my approach integrates compassion with evidence-based practices to help you move forward.

For new parents and birthing individuals, I offer focused support around postpartum mental health. Struggles like postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and the baby blues can feel isolating and unexpected. You don’t have to go through this alone. Therapy can be a lifeline—offering validation, emotional support, and coping strategies to help you adjust to this new season of life.

No matter what brings you to therapy, you deserve support that honors your story and your strengths. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and clinical expertise—so that healing becomes not just possible, but sustainable.
